Waitlist Application Form

To place your child/ren on our waiting list, please complete a Waiting List form online.   Children’s names are accepted onto the waiting list at any time.

Any vacancies throughout the year are offered to children on the waiting list as they become available.   Currently we have limited vacancies in all age groups. We would love to take you on a tour around the centre. 

Agreement

All information provided is as accurate as possible and I understand that I need to inform the service of any changes. I will contact the service to take my child's name off the list, if I no longer require care. I also understand that the submission of this electronic form does not guarantee a position for my child for when I require it.
